This is an exciting opportunity to join our large Melbourne based Digital domain as a Technical Lead in our Customer Experience and Engagement team.

As an experienced technical leader, you’ll work with extraordinary people who are passionate and courageous about enabling clients to meet and exceed their potential.

You will also work with not-for-profits, government and medium to large scale organisations to improve the way they work, engage with their customers and drive cost out of service delivery.


Working at NTT

  • Providing subject matter knowledge in relation to designing and delivering software development solutions.
  • Provision of technical documentation to describe the technical components and approaches in the solution.
  • Customer focused attitude with an ability to decipher complex CRM landscapes.
  • Prioritization and planning to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction through constant delivery practices.
  • Developing, configuring and delivering solutions that meet customer needs. 


What will make you a good fit for the role?

  • Experience in MS Dynamics CRM 365 delivery leadership.
  • CRM architecture, design and integration knowledge in an end-to-end environment.
  • .Net experience.
  • Application Architecture and SDLC.
  • Power platform experience is highly preferred.
