We are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to join our Digital Workplace and Professional Services team. This is a permanent position and will be based out of our Sydney CBD offices.
The Senior Technical Consultant works within our Digital Workplace professional services team having a specific focus on leading the Workplace Mobility Solution Domain across Endpoint Management, Systems Management and Application Delivery. The key purpose of the role it to provide Technical thought leadership for the solution domain including consulting & technical solution design, whilst also leading technical service delivery of customer solutions within the Workplace Mobility domain. The role will own the E2E technical service delivery and ensuring Workplace Mobility projects aligns to our clients’ needs and adheres to best practices.
Your day at NTT
- Deliver consulting and technical solutions to clients and take responsibility for the standards of work, project sign off and client satisfaction.
- Contribute expertise towards technical solution proposals and work with internal colleagues to define the solution roadmap and implementation plans, milestones and effort models.
- Analysis of technical requirements, specifications development, solution design and development, and in some environments may consult on testing and deployment processes.
- Provide technical domain leadership and development of competencies within the practice technical teams including development of skills, training materials, conduct training programs and educate and mentor engineers on technical competencies.
- Act as subject matter expert for specific technologies within the Workplace Mobility solution domain area and use your deep knowledge of these technologies to propose enhancements and improvements to customer environments.
- Provide support and assistance to customers with technical troubleshooting, configuration and escalated problem management.
- Assist in pre-sales activities, including working with key partners to help identify solution and customer opportunities and contribute your expertise around the design and configuration requirements in relation to RFPs / RFIs and proposals.

- Microsoft 365
- Windows Server 2012/2016/2019
- Citrix Workplace Solutions
- VMWARE Workplace solutions
- Powershell Scripting
- Tenant to Tenant migrations
- Solid experience in the provision of professional services
- Able to work with minimal supervision and effectively manage priorities
