We’re seeking a Level 3 Skype Engineer - UC to join us on an initial 6 month contract, augmenting a Finance client’s project on-site in Sydney City.


Your day at NTT

  • Ensure Skype reporting and incident management is accurate and complete.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Main point of contact for all changes and SLAs for Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams.

What would make you a good fit for this role?

  • Extensive experience in Skype for business, Lync and MS Teams
  • Worked on migrations from Skype for business on prem to MS Teams
  • Powershell scripting 
  • VOIP/UC/call routing experience into MS teams
