We’re seeking a  Telephony Operation Manager with strong experience in Genesys and Cisco product for a 3 month contract in Brisbane.

Your day at NTT

  • Ability to support the delivery and technical  operation of a multi site contact center inbound and outbound with on and off premises agents
  • Demonstrated ability to use a service level management system; incident request, service request, change request and problem modules
  • Upgrading Genesys Applications on Windows
  • Responsible for production of some operational documentation and review of project documentation

What would make you a good fit for this role?

  • Hands on  work experience as a Senior Genesys Platform Engineer
  • Computer Telephony Integration experience preferably Cisco and Genesys SIP platform
  • Troubleshooting and resolution Genesys Environment issues
  • Have worked with Genesys  components such as routing, WFM,GVP, Reporting
  • Strong Genesys Framework 8.x and Genesys Voice platform 8x
