We’re seeking Service Desk Consultant to join us on an initial 4 week contract, augmenting Financial client’s project on-site in Brisbane City.


Your day at NTT

  • The current service desk team will be working on a US based project.

What would make you a good fit for this role?

  • Service Desk / Customer Service Skills
  • Ticket logging (Ivanti Service Manager is preferred but any ticket logging system experience is regarded)
  • MS Windows 10
  • Active Directory
  • Office 365 (All components, including MS Teams)
  • Adobe
  • General computer hardware skills
