The opportunity

We are seeking a Level 2 Field Support Engineer to augment our Non profit client’s project delivering ICT refresh.

Based on our client’s site in Sydney CBD - Inner west here you’ll join our team on an initial 4 month contract with view of extension later where you’ll be responsible for front line customer service, driving the delivery of high quality customer support across for all incidents, service and change requests, and manages the business relationship with end users, a fleet of over 3000 end user devices including PC’s, laptops, tablets, Macs, printers, mobiles etc. and the systems that automate the management of this flee.


Skills & Experience

To successfully support this system etc you will need:

  • Proven experience in providing Level 2 Technical support 
  • Proven experience with PC Upgrades, data and Profile Migration.
  • Experience in Service Desk operations and incident management processes using a Call Management System
  • Experience in Operating Environment including Active Directory, Windows 7 - Windows 10, Exchange, Skype for Business, Mobility, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Printing & Telephony.
  • Understanding of Autopilot and Intune. 
  • Must be willingness to travel to different client locations within NSW if and when required
