We’re seeking Systems Support Engineer to join our Travel client Joining us on an initial 4 weeks contract, you’ll be based out of our state of the art Brisbane CBD office.

We are looking for someone who is experienced with KACE, Systems management and deployment product which provides inventory and asset management, software distribution, and patch management. 

Your day at NTT

  • Conduct the installation “white listed” applications
  • 200 white listed applications will need installing on employees machines , reduce these to 180 
  • Run checks on employee applications to see if certain applications are being used or not and prioritising in order of usage for patching or removal
  • Make any relevant changes to the KACE application

What would make you a good fit for this role?

  • Proven experience with KACE software
  • Proven expedience in deployments and service desk management
  • Proven experience with Patch management and End point security
  • Proven experience in scripted installs, managed installs and generic install
  • Experience subscribing to a third party website downloading patches
