We’re seeking a professional Backup & Storage Support - Level 2 to join our Managed Services Team and provide BAU support and administration to our key customers with their Backup administration. This will be a contract up to June 2020, based in Brisbane CBD.


Your day at NTT

  • Plan, co-ordinate and implement changes across the customers environment
  • Maintain and update relevant documentation
  • Identify and resolve technical issues across the Storage & Backup stack
  • Escalate the issue accordingly
